Grateful Glow — Ember Shade Candle
Sweet • Warm • Fruity
Welcome the warmth. Cherish the gathering. Let gratitude glow.
Step into a golden autumn evening, where fallen leaves cover mossy paths and a glowing lantern welcomes you home. Pumpkins, ripe figs, and harvest foliage capture the simple comforts of the season—a shared meal, familiar laughter, and a little time to slow down.
Grateful Glow opens with ripe fig, caramelized sugar, and a touch of sea salt. Rich brown sugar brings a cozy sweetness to the heart, balanced by soft green floral notes. Dark musk and amber create a smooth, lingering foundation that gives this sweet fragrance depth and warmth.
Poured in creamy ivory wax, Grateful Glow pairs charming harvest artwork with Ember Shade’s signature lantern. A welcoming scent for Thanksgiving gatherings, thoughtful gifting, and quiet autumn evenings.

The Ritual: Let Gratitude Glow
Gratitude • Connection • Comfort • Reflection
Grateful Glow is an invitation to notice the good that can get lost in the rush of everyday life. A kind word. A familiar voice. A warm meal. The people who show up and the small moments that help you feel at home.
For this ritual, let fig symbolize abundance, brown sugar represent kindness, and amber remind you of the warmth of connection. The lantern on the label represents the light we offer one another, while the falling leaves invite reflection as the season changes.
Place your candle on a level, heat-resistant surface away from decorations and anything flammable. Set aside distractions and take three slow breaths. Think of one person, one moment, and one small comfort you appreciate.
Light your candle and say:
“I pause to notice what is good.
I welcome warmth into my home.
May gratitude shape the words I speak,
and kindness guide the things I do.
I carry this light into the season ahead.”
Spend a few moments with your journal. Ask yourself: Who has helped me this season? What ordinary moment would I like to remember? How can I share a little warmth with someone else?
Choose one practical action. Send a thank-you message, share a meal, offer a helping hand, or make time for someone whose company you enjoy.
Enjoy this ritual during Thanksgiving preparations, peaceful autumn evenings, or a quiet pause after a busy week. Extinguish your candle before leaving the room or becoming sleepy.

Approximate burn times depend on proper candle care. Wick maintenance, burn length, drafts, and room conditions can affect how quickly your candle uses wax.
Wood Wick Care & Candle Safety
Before lighting, make sure the wax is cool and firm. Trim the wood wick to approximately ⅛–¼ inch, removing loose charred pieces and keeping the wax free of debris. For candles with multiple wicks, trim and light every wick.
Hold the lighter at the base of the wood wick until it catches. During the first burn, allow the melt pool to spread toward the edges without exceeding four hours.
Burn for 2–4 hours at a time on a level, heat-resistant surface away from drafts. Let the candle cool completely before trimming, moving, or relighting.
Stop using the candle when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.
Never leave a burning candle unattended or burn while sleeping. Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable. Do not touch or move a hot vessel, add water or other materials to the wax, or use the lid to extinguish the flame. Extinguish the candle if the flame becomes unusually high or produces persistent smoke.
How to Use the Ritual Melt
Remove the cap and squeeze a small amount into a warmer dish designed for wax melts. Start small and stay within your warmer’s capacity. Replace the pouch cap after use and follow the warmer manufacturer’s instructions.
When finished, switch off and unplug an electric warmer. Allow the wax and dish to cool completely. Once cool, wipe the soft wax out with a paper towel and dispose of it in the trash.
Do not add water, light the wax directly, heat the pouch, or pour wax down a drain. Keep away from children and pets. Do not ingest or apply to skin. Never touch hot wax, move a hot warmer, or leave it unattended while operating.
