🪨 Handcrafted Cement Vessel

Each Ember Shade candle is poured into a handmade cement vessel crafted in-house, making every piece truly one of a kind.No two vessels will ever be identical — subtle texture variations, air pockets, and tonal differences are part of its raw, organic beauty. These are not flaws… they are character.

Each vessel is:

• Carefully sealed and cured to ensure durability

• Lined to protect the integrity of the candle and provide a safe, clean burn

• Designed to feel like a ritual piece, not just a container

This shift to cement is intentional — stronger for shipping, elevated in design, and aligned with the dark, grounded aesthetic of Ember Shade.

🔥 Wood Wick Candle Care

Wood wicks burn differently than cotton wicks and require a little extra love.

Before Each Burn

• Trim the wood wick to 1/8” – 3/16”

• Remove any charred wood from the previous burn

First Burn

• Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the vessel

• This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn

Burn Time

• Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time

If the Flame Becomes Weak

• Extinguish the candle

• Let wax cool

• Trim the wick and relight

Safety

• Burn within sight

• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

• Place on a heat-safe surface

• Never move the candle while lit or while wax is liquid

⚠️ What NOT To Do

• Do not burn longer than 4 hours

• Do not leave unattended

• Do not burn near fans or vents

• Do not burn when less than 1/2 inch of wax remains

• Do not move the candle while lit

Our squeezable wax melts are designed to be mess-free, easy, and a little addictive.

How To Use

 

1. Squeeze a small amount into your wax warmer dish
2. Turn on your warmer
3. Let the scent take over

Pro Tip

Start small — a little goes a long way. You can always add more.

If Wax Hardens

Temperature changes may cause the wax to firm up.

Massage the bottle or stir the wax to bring it back to life.

If wax gets stuck in the neck:

• Use a toothpick to push it back into the pouch

• Knead the bottle to soften

• Do not microwave the bottle

• Do not pour melted wax down drains
